The invention discloses a foundation pit, a waterproof structure and a construction method thereof. The construction method of the waterproof structure is applied to the foundation pit and includes the steps that first grouting pipes are lowered into a stratum corresponding to a to-be-excavated area of the foundation pit, waterproof grout is injected into the stratum through the multiple first grouting pipes, and a water-resisting layer is formed at a depth corresponding to the first grouting pipes; second grouting pipes are lowered into the stratum corresponding to the periphery of the to-be-excavated area; and the second grouting pipes are rotated according to a specified direction, and reinforcing grout is injected into the stratum through the second grouting pipes, so that the reinforcing grout is sprayed to the joint of a connecting wall to form a reinforcing body located at the joint. According to the technical scheme, a confined water layer is effectively separated, so that precipitation in the foundation pit becomes a closed system.
