The invention relates to the field of deep foundation pit waterproofing, in particular to a deep foundation pit waterproof structure which comprises a bottom plate arranged on a deep foundation pit, a waterproof roll is arranged above the bottom plate, a moving assembly used for moving the bottom plate is arranged at the lower end of the bottom plate, and two mounting frames which are symmetrically arranged are arranged above the bottom plate; and a driving assembly used for driving the two mounting frames is arranged on the bottom plate, the two sets of waterproof coiled materials are arranged on the winding drum in a winding mode, and mounting assemblies used for mounting the winding drum are arranged on the opposite sides of the two mounting frames. According to the waterproof structure for the deep foundation pit, in the process that the waterproof coiled materials are laid on the deep foundation pit to conduct waterproof construction on the deep foundation pit, the two waterproof coiled materials can be conveyed and laid at the same time according to the specified staggered joint connecting size, the waterproof effect after laying is guaranteed, and meanwhile the laying efficiency of the waterproof coiled materials is improved; and waterproof construction operation of the deep foundation pit is facilitated.
