The invention discloses an adjusting device for a concrete pavement protective layer. The adjusting device comprises a vertical rod, a horizontal rod, a rotary fastener and an adjusting part, whereinthe horizontal rod is movably connected to the upper end part of the vertical rod through the rotary fastener, and the adjusting part is fixed at one end of the horizontal rod; the adjusting part is asteel bar with hook parts at the two ends, the hook parts at the two ends are perpendicular to each other, the hook part at the upper end is connected with the horizontal rod, and the hook part at the lower end is horizontally arranged forwards. The device is simple in structure and convenient to use, the device only needs to be placed at a to-be-adjusted position, after adjustment, the next position can be adjusted by putting up the cushion; by means of the lever principle, levelness adjustment can be easily conducted, the problems that a large concrete pavement protective layer is large inadjusting difficulty and slow in road construction progress are solved, the project progress is accelerated, the input of labor cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
