The human-machine cooperation wall building robot comprises a moving chassis, a supporting stand column, a power-assisted mechanism and a clamp holder; the supporting stand column is fixed to the moving chassis, the power-assisted mechanism is fixed to the supporting stand column, and the clamp holder is fixed to the power-assisted mechanism; and the power-assisted device comprises a lifter and a support arm, the extending direction of the support arm is perpendicular to the supporting stand column, a first positioning structure is arranged at the tail end, far away from the supporting stand column, of the support arm, the lifter comprises a power unit and a rope fixed to the power unit, and the ropestretches in the direction of the support arm and penetrates through the first positioning structure to fix the holder. The human-machine cooperation robot provided by the invention has a simple structure and can fully meet the bearing capacity of floors, and the brick clamping process is finished by the clamp holder, such that the technical problem of high labor intensity of manually carrying building blocks is solved.
