The invention provides a bridge multi-point dispersion external prestress prefabricated module reinforcing device and a reinforcing method thereof. The device comprises a prefabricated steering piecearranged at a steering point of a to-be-reinforced bridge, a plurality of prefabricated anchoring parts, a wet joint, and a plurality of dispersive external prestressed cables, wherein a plurality ofdispersed anchoring points are arranged on the two opposite sides of the steering point; the plurality of prefabricated anchoring parts are arranged at the anchoring points; the wet joint is formed between the prefabricated anchoring part and the to-be-reinforced bridge, the wet joint is formed between the prefabricated steering piece and the to-be-reinforced bridge, and concrete is poured into the wet joint; and the plurality of dispersive external prestressed cables are arranged on the prefabricated steering piece in a penetrating manner, and the two ends of each dispersive external prestressed cable are connected to the prefabricated anchoring parts on the two opposite sides of the steering point respectively. Problems that according to a traditional bridge external prestress reinforcing method, external prestress is concentrated at an anchoring point or a steering point, construction is complex, and a construction period is long are solved.
