The invention relates to a multilayer lead-free piezoelectric ceramic driver and a preparation method thereof. The chemical formula is (1-a) (K0. 5Na0. 5) 0.95 Li 0.05Nb0.93Sb0.07-aCaZrO3-bCuO, wherein a is equal to 0.01-0.05, and b is equal to 0.1-2%. Piezoelectric ceramic powder is synthesized through a traditional solid-phase method, slurry is prepared from the powder, then a piezoelectric ceramic sheet is prepared through a tape casting method, and then the laminated driver is manufactured through electrode printing and co-firing through a three-step sintering method. The method is simplein process and can be widely applied to high-precision displacement controllers such as piezoelectric ceramic drivers.
本发明涉及一种多层无铅压电陶瓷驱动器及其制备方法,化学分子式为:(1‑a)(KNa)LiNbSb‑aCaZrO‑bCuO,其中a=0.01~0.05,b=0.1‑2%。采用传统的固相法合成压电陶瓷粉体,将粉体配制浆料,然后利用流延成型法制备压电陶瓷薄片,进而通过印刷电极,采用三步烧结法共烧,制成叠层驱动器。该方法工艺简单,可广泛应用于压电陶瓷驱动器等高精度位移控制器方面。
