The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-mud powder type polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent, comprising the following specific steps of: carrying out a Corey-Winter reaction onvicinal diol, N, N-thiocarbonyl diimidazole, a chiral phosphite ligand and alkyl phosphite to obtain pre-polymerized modified phosphate olefin; and then dropwise adding the pre-polymerized modified phosphate olefin into a mixture aqueous solution of polyethylene glycol methacrylate phosphate, 2-allyl anisole and an initiator, and carrying out a RAFT reaction under the action of an RAFT reagent toobtain the anti-mud powder type polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent. The block branched chains are arranged in order, the molecular weight is accurately controlled, the molecular distribution isnarrow, the process is environmentally friendly, the water reducing performance is achieved, the obvious mud powder resisting effect is achieved on sand and stone materials with the large mud contentand the large powder content in concrete, and the dispersing performance is excellent.
本发明涉及一种抗泥粉型聚羧酸系减水剂的制备方法,采用如下具体步骤:先采用邻二醇、N,N‑硫羰基二咪唑、手性亚磷酸酯配体和烷基亚磷酸酯进行Corey‑Winter反应得到预聚改性磷酸基烯烃;然后将上述预聚改性磷酸基烯烃滴加至聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯、2‑烯丙基苯甲醚和引发剂的混合物水溶液中在RAFT试剂作用下发生RAFT反应,得到一种抗泥粉型聚羧酸系减水剂的制备方法。本发明嵌段支链排列有序,分子量精准控制、分子分布窄、工艺环保,兼具减水性能,对混凝土中含泥量含粉量大的砂石材料具有明显的抗泥粉作用,分散性能优异。
