Preparation method of nanoscale zirconium oxide grinding medium
The invention relates to a preparation method of a nanoscale zirconium oxide grinding medium. The preparation method comprises the following steps of selecting 3Y-ZrO2 composite powder as a raw material; feeding the 3Y-ZrO2 composite powder into a grinder to be ground to slurry with the grain size of 90 nm and then discharging the slurry outward; adjusting the solid content of the slurry to 65-75%, and adjusting the viscosity of the slurry; generating static electricity by means of a high voltage electrostatic generator, connecting an anode and a cathode of the high voltage electrostatic generator to a metal titration disc and a metal reaction kettle, separately, feeding the slurry into the metal titration disc, and filling the metal reaction kettle with a reaction solution, wherein the slurry has positive charges and the reaction solution has negative charges; dripping the slurry from the metal titration disc to the reaction kettle to react to form by means of attraction of positive charges and negative charges to form titrated microbeads; drying and sintering the titrated microbeads to form spherical kernels; carrying out sand-grinding treatment on 500-600-mesh spherical kernels;carrying out wet process rolling on the spherical kernels after sand-grinding treatment to form 0.1 mm microbeads; and carrying out ball billet air-drying, drying, glue discharging, sintering, polishing and screening to obtain product nano ground zirconium beads. The zirconium oxide beads prepared by the preparation method have the characteristics of being compact and uniform in inner structure,good in resistance and high in grinding efficiency.
一种纳米级氧化锆研磨介质制备方法,包括以下步骤:选择3Y‑ZrO复合粉料作为原材料;将3Y‑ZrO复合粉料送入研磨机中研磨成粒径为90nm的浆料,然后向外排出;调节浆料固含量至65‑75%,调节浆料粘度;利用高压静电发生器产生静电,将高压静电发生器的正极、负极分别连接金属滴定盘、金属反应釜,浆料送入金属滴定盘,金属反应釜内填充反应液,使浆料带正电荷,反应液带负电荷;利用正负电荷的吸引力使浆料从金属滴定盘滴落至反应釜反应成型,形成滴定微珠;将滴定微珠烘干烧结形成球核;选择500‑600目球核进行磨砂处理;将磨砂后的球核经湿法滚动成型至0.1mm微珠;经球坯晾干、烘干、排胶、烧结、抛光、筛选制得成品的纳米研磨锆珠。本发明制备得到的氧化锆珠具有内部结构紧密均匀、耐磨性好、研磨效率高的特点。
