The invention discloses a zirconium oxide grinding bead applied to a dynamic separation sand mill and a preparation method of the zirconium oxide grinding bead. The zirconium oxide grinding bead is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-95 parts of tetragonal polycrystalline zirconium oxide, 10-35 parts of tetragonal polycrystalline zirconium oxide and 1-5 parts of aluminum oxide, wherein the tetragonal polycrystalline zirconium oxide, tetragonal polycrystalline zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide are fully mixed to obtain a material A; the material A is subjected to arolling balling process to obtain a material B; firing the material B in a high-temperature kiln, and naturally cooling to obtain a material C; performing rough polishing and fine polishing on the material C to obtain a material D; and drying, naturally airing, sorting and screening the material D to obtain a zirconium oxide grinding bead finished product. According to the invention, the sintering temperature of the zirconia ceramic can be reduced, the strength and toughness of the zirconia ceramic are improved at the same time, the zirconia ceramic is enabled to have excellent wear resistance, the zirconia ceramic can be prepared into a grinding medium, the service life of the product is prolonged, and dynamic and static rings of a separation system of the dynamic separation sand mill are protected.
本发明公开了一种应用于动态分离砂磨机的氧化锆研磨珠及其制备方法,由下述重量份的原料制成:四方多晶氧化锆65‑95份、四方多晶氧化锆10‑35份、氧化铝1‑5份,将所述的四方多晶氧化锆、四方多晶氧化锆、氧化铝充分混合得到A料;将A料经过滚动成球工艺,得到B料;将B料经高温窑炉进行烧制,自然冷却后得到C料;将C料经过粗抛光、精抛光工序获得D料;将D料经过干燥、自然晾干、分选、筛分工序获得氧化锆研磨珠成品;本发明能降低氧化锆陶瓷的烧结温度,同时提高氧化锆陶瓷的强度和韧性,使其具有优异的耐磨性,可以制成研磨介质延长产品的使用寿命,保护动态分离砂磨机的分离系统动静环。
