The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a naphthalene water reducer from phthalic anhydride residues prepared by a naphthalene method. The method comprises the following steps: adding phthalic anhydride residues and liquid naphthalene into a reaction kettle, stirring to dissolve to obtain a residue solution, slowly dropwise adding S03-dissolved liquid naphthalene into the reaction kettle, keeping the temperature at 80-85 DEG C, carrying out reflux reaction for 4 hours to obtain a first reaction solution, and adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the reaction kettle; adjusting the pHvalue, adding formaldehyde to obtain a second reaction solution, standing the second reaction solution for layering, discarding the water layer, adding sodium hydroxide into the obtained organic layer for neutralization, filtering, concentrating, and drying to obtain phthalic anhydride residue sulfonic acid polymer powder; and mixing and stirring the phthalic anhydride residue sulfonic acid polymer with sodium lignin sulfonate or sodium humate and sodium metasilicate according to a mass ratio to obtain a naphthalene water reducer finished product. The phthalic anhydride residues are used as raw materials, waste is turned into wealth, the environment is protected, and the reaction kettle has the advantages of being uniform in stirring and mixing, controllable and adjustable in temperature,convenient to maintain and the like.
本发明公开了萘法制备苯酐的残渣合成萘系减水剂的方法,首先将苯酐残渣和液体萘加入反应釜中进行搅拌溶解,制成残渣溶液,再向反应釜中慢慢滴加溶有S03的液体萘,保持温度80‑85℃,回流反应4h得第一反应液,然后向反应釜加入浓硫酸,调节pH值,再加入甲醛得到第二反应液,将第二反应液静置分层,弃去水层,所得有机层中加入氢氧化钠中和,然后过滤、浓缩、烘干得到苯酐残渣磺酸聚合物粉末;再将苯酐残渣磺酸聚合物与木质素磺酸钠或者腐植酸钠、偏硅酸钠按质量配比混合搅拌,即得萘式减水剂成品。本发明利用苯酐残渣为原料,变废为宝,保护环境,本发明中的反应釜具有搅拌混合均匀、温度可控调节、维修方便等特点。
