The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a naphthalene-based water reducer from residues of phthalic anhydride prepared by a naphthalene method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, taking 30-40 parts of phthalic anhydride residues, crushing by virtue of crushing equipment, then putting the crushed phthalic anhydride residues into a reaction kettle, stirring the phthalic anhydride residues, slowly dripping 3-5 parts of sulfonating agent in the stirring process, and controlling the temperature to be 220-250 DEG C and maintaining for 100-120 minutes; step 2, cooling to 120-140 DEG C, adding water to hydrolyze for 90-110 minutes, and cooling to 90-100 DEG C again. The phthalic anhydride residues contain more groups such as carbonyl, carboxyl, hydroxyl and the like, and the groups have the functions similar to those of hydroxyl in a citric acid retarder and play a certain role in blocking cement hydration in the cement hydration process, so that the effect is not lower than that of an original water reducing agent, and meanwhile, the production cost is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种萘法制备苯酐的残渣合成萘系减水剂的方法,包括以下步骤;步骤一:取30‑40份的苯酐残渣通过粉碎设备进行粉碎,再将粉碎后的苯酐残渣投入进反应釜中,对苯酐残渣进行搅拌,搅拌过程中缓慢滴入3‑5份的磺化剂,并控制温度在220℃‑250℃之间维持100‑120分钟;步骤二:降温至120℃‑140℃,加入水进行水解90‑110分钟,再次降温至90℃‑100℃。本发明苯酐残渣中含有较多的羰基、羧基、羟基等基团,这些基团的作用类似于柠檬酸缓凝剂中的羟基,在水泥水化过程中,起到一定的阻碍水泥水化的作用,从而在不低于原有减水剂效果的同时,有效的降低了生产成本。
