The invention discloses a quick maintenance method for a double-block ballastless track. The quick maintenance method comprises a chiseling stage, a transition stage, a pouring stage and a recovery stage. The chiseling stage mainly comprises the steps of chiseling concrete between sleepers, cutting upper-layer reinforcing steel bars of a roadbed slab, milling an inverted arch filling layer and thelike. The transition stage mainly comprises the steps of sleeper beam top pushing removal, wooden sleeper transition, track slope adjustment, steel bar planting and drilling within a reconstruction range and the like. The pouring stage mainly comprises the steps of transition wooden sleeper extraction, sleeper installation, concrete pouring and the like. The recovery stage mainly comprises the steps of regulating tracks on the two sides of a section to be downhill, diffusing and locking a line stress, finely adjusting the tracks, recovering traffic, gradually increasing a speed and the like.According to the method, on the premise that the driving safety is the first place, a defect of skylight point construction time points can be overcome, a damaged road section can be rapidly and orderly repaired and maintained, the precision and safety of the maintained ballastless track are good, a track structure is firm and durable, and the method has positive practical significance in improving safe operation of the railway and prolonging the service life of the railway.
