The invention relates to the technical field of tower crane foundation structures, in particular to a tower crane foundation which comprises a pouring base, a stabilizing component is arranged in the pouring base, a supporting component used for strength supporting is arranged above the stabilizing component, a mounting base used for mounting of a tower crane is arranged above the supporting component, and the tower crane foundation further comprises a driving component, the driving part is arranged on the stabilizing part; the clamping component is arranged on the mounting base in a sliding manner; and the adjusting component is arranged on the clamping component. The stabilizing component and the driving component are arranged in the pouring base, so that the whole foundation can be suitable for installation of tower cranes with different heights, the foundation pit excavation space is saved, and the utilization rate of the ground space is increased; meanwhile, the clamping component and the adjusting component are arranged on the mounting base, so that different tower crane bases can be further reinforced and supported, the stability of the tower crane is improved, and the bearing capacity of the tower crane is enhanced.
