The invention provides a pre-buried casing pipe support frame assembly of a vertical shaft derrick foundation. The pre-buried casing pipe support frame assembly of the vertical shaft derrick foundation comprises a casing pipe support frame and a casing pipe support frame bottom supporter, wherein the casing pipe support frame comprises an upper center point and a lower center point; conical holesare respectively formed in the upper center point and the lower center point; openings of the conical holes are downwards; an upper supporting rod and a lower supporting rod are respectively and vertically arranged in set positions of the casing pipe support frame bottom supporter; the upper supporting rod and the lower supporting rod have the set height difference and space; the tops of the uppersupporting rod and the lower supporting rod are conical top ends matched with the upper conical hole and the lower conical hole of the casing pipe support frame; the conical top ends of the upper supporting rod and the lower supporting rod are respectively and rotationally matched with the conical holes of the casing pipe support frame; and the casing pipe support frame is fixed onto the casing pipe support frame bottom supporter in an inclined way. The angle fixation of the casing pipe support frame is fast completed through two conical points; meanwhile, other instruments such as a theodolite are used as auxiliary instruments to complete the determination of the relative position relationship between the casing pipe support frame and the casing pipe support frame bottom supporter; then,the components are fixed to a whole through connecting rods; and the alignment process is fast and accurate.
本发明提供一种立井井架基础预埋套管支架总成，包括套管支架和套管支架托底；套管支架包括上中心点和下中心点；在上中心点和下中心点分别设置有锥孔，锥孔开口向下；套管支架托底上的设定位置分别竖向设置有上支撑杆和下支撑杆，上支撑杆与下支撑杆具有设定高度差和间距；上支撑杆和下支撑杆的顶部为与套管支架的上锥孔、下锥孔配合的锥形顶端；上支撑杆、下支撑杆的锥形顶端分别与套管支架的锥孔转动配合，将套管支架倾斜固定在套管支架托底上。本发明通过两个锥点迅速完成套筒支架的角度固定，同时辅以经纬仪等其他仪器，完成套筒支架与套筒支架托底的相对位置关系，然后通过连接杆固定成整体，找正过程快速精准。
