Prestressed duct grouting material
The invention provides a prestressed duct grouting material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 600-800 parts of cement, 23-28 parts of a duct grouting agent, 8-13 parts ofa surfactant and 60-90 parts of mineral powder, wherein the duct grouting agent comprises an organic silicon modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The organic silicon modified polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent is designed on the basis of the structure of a traditional high-efficiency polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent by introducing a polysiloxane chain segment, so that the water reducing agent is better fused and adsorbed with fly ash and cement, cement particles can be promoted to show better dispersity, and the compressive strength and breaking strength of the cement are improved. By introducing siloxane functional groups, the hydrophobic property and impermeability of the cement base material are improved, so that the water reducing effect is improved, thewater reducing rate is high, the reinforcing effect is good, the fluidity of a mixture is good, the flow retentivity is good, the volume is stable, the shrinkage rate is low, and the like.
本发明提供了一种预应力孔道灌浆料,包括以下重量份的原料:600‑800份水泥23‑28份孔道灌浆剂,8‑13份表面活性剂,60‑90份矿物粉料,所述孔道灌浆剂中包括有机硅改性的聚羧酸减水剂。本发明采用的有机硅改性的聚羧酸型减水剂,是在传统的高效聚羧酸型减水剂的结构基础上,设计引入了聚硅氧烷的链段,从而与粉煤灰,水泥更好的融合和吸附,可以促进水泥颗粒表现出更好的分散性,提高水泥的抗压强度和抗折强度。硅氧烷官能团的引入,提高了水泥基材的疏水性能及抗渗性能,从而提高了减水效果,减水率高、增强效果好、拌合物流动性好、流动保持性好,体积稳定,收缩率低等技术效果。
