The invention discloses a novel prestressed duct grouting material which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of coal gangue, 70-90 parts of cement, 15-25 parts of slag powder, 1-1.5 parts of an expanding agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a water reducing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 0.01-0.1 part of a rust remover and 0.01-0.1 part of a tackifier. By adding the coal gangue and the slag powder, the specific gravity of the cement is reduced, the coal gangue is coal mine waste, the waste utilization is realized, the environmental pollution is reduced, the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are enhanced, the raw material cost for preparing the grouting material is further reduced, meanwhile, the slag powder and the coal gangue can replace part of cement clinker, and the cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the slag powder contains a large amount of silicate, so that the development of the early strength of the grouting material can be enhanced, the hydration reaction of the cement can be accelerated, the processing time of the grouting material can be shortened, the pore structure of the grouting material can be reduced, the density of the material can be increased, and the impermeability and durability of the grouting material can be improved.
本发明公开了一种新型预应力孔道压浆料,按质量份配比包括以下组成成分煤矸石10~15份、水泥70~90份、矿渣粉15~25份、膨胀剂1~1.5份、保水剂0.1~0.5份、减水剂0.1~0.3份、消泡剂0.2~0.5份、除锈剂0.01~0.1份和增粘剂0.01~0.1份。本发明通过煤矸石和矿渣粉的添加,减少了水泥的比重,且煤矸石为煤矿废弃物,实现了废物利用,降低了环境污染,加强了节能环保的效果,进而也降低了压浆料制备的原料成本,同时,矿渣粉和煤矸石能够替代部分水泥熟料,减少了水泥消耗的同时,矿渣粉中含有大量的硅酸盐,能够增强压浆料早期强度的发展,加快水泥的水化反应,缩短压浆料的加工时间,进而也能够缩小压浆料的孔隙结构,增加材料的密度,提高压浆料的抗渗性和耐久性。
