Hollow outer wall body structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a wall body of a hollow outer wall body structure and a construction method. The wall body is provided with a wall body upper end beam, a wall body lower end beam, a wall bodyinner side wall surface, a wall body outer side wall surface and a wall body cavity. The inner side wall surface and the outer side wall surface of the wall body are made of a gypsum-based material and a cement-based material correspondingly, and the middle of the wall body is in the cavity form. The two types of materials are organically combined to achieve the effects of energy conservation, fire prevention and sound insulation. By means of the construction method, the simplest construction method for an assembling building can be achieved; and in other words, a concrete structure and a steel structure are adopted for a main structure, the wall body part comprises an inner side wall and an outer side wall, and light steel joists, steel wire gauze or fiber-reinforced floor slabs and filling materials are adopted for the wall body part. By means of the technological contributions of the wall body and the construction method, the technological byproduct, namely gypsum, can be massivelyconsumed; the waste material is changed into things of value; the environment is purified; and construction efficiency of the assembly type building is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种中空外墙墙体构造的墙体及制备方法。其墙体具有墙体上端梁、墙体下端梁、墙体内侧墙面、墙体外侧墙面、墙体空腔，本墙体的内、外侧墙体分别采用石膏基、水泥基材料，墙体中间是呈空腔形态；两种材料有机结合，达到节能、防火与隔声的统一。以本发明的制备方法，可以实现装配式建筑最为简单的施工方法，即主结构由混凝土结构、钢结构担当，而墙体部份包括内侧墙、外侧墙由轻钢龙骨、钢丝网或纤维增强水泥板及填充材料担当。通过本发明的技术贡献，可以大量消纳工艺副产石膏，变废为宝，净化环境，极大提升装配式建筑物的施工效率。
