The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a naphthalene water reducer from rectified wastewater produced during preparation of phthalic anhydride via a naphthalene process. The method comprises the following steps: settling, filtering, concentrating and crystallizing the rectified wastewater produced during preparation of phthalic anhydride via the naphthalene process so as to extract a pure naphthalene substance; adding the extracted naphthalene, vanadium pentoxide and anhydrous sodium sulfate into a reactor, dropwise adding concentrated sulfuric acid, and carrying out a sulfonation reaction to obtain a target product, namely 2-naphthalene sulfonic acid; and adding water into the reactor at a reaction temperature of 120 DEG C to hydrolyze a large amount of generated isomerized sulfonic acid, adding formaldehyde to generate a naphthalene sulfonic acid-formaldehyde polymer, adding a strengthening aid, and successively carrying out acid-base neutralization, filtering and separating to obtain the naphthalene water reducer. The method of the invention can effectively reduce the treatment pressure of phthalic anhydride rectification wastewater, increases the utilization rate ofthe rectification wastewater and turns the waste into the valuable; and by adding the reinforcing agent, the compactness of concrete is improved, intrusion of the anions into the concrete is controlled, permeation of the anions in the concrete is delayed, and the anti-permeability function and the strength of the concrete are improved.
本发明公开了一种萘法制备苯酐的精馏废水合成萘系减水剂的方法,通过对萘法制备苯酐的精馏废水进行沉降过滤、浓缩结晶处理提取萘的纯净物;再将提取的萘、五氧化二钒和无水硫酸钠加入反应器中滴加浓硫酸进行磺化反应得到目标产物2‑萘磺酸;在反应温度120℃时向反应器中加入水,使产生的大量的异构磺酸水解,再加入甲醛,生成萘磺酸甲醛聚合物,进而添加助强剂,然后酸碱中和、过滤分离得到萘系减水剂。本发明有效减少苯酐精馏废水的处理压力,增加了精馏废水的利用率,变废为宝;通过助强剂的添加,在提高混凝土密实度的同时控制阴离子侵入混凝土,延缓阴离子在混凝土内部的渗透,改善抗渗功能,增大混凝土的强度。
