High-compactness antibacterial concrete material and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, aims at the problem of poor compactness in a concrete pipe pile in the prior art, and discloses a high-compactness antibacterial concrete material and an application thereof; the high-compactness antibacterial concrete material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 12-22% of cement, 3-5% of modified vermiculite, 20-32% of a fine aggregate, 40-52% of a coarse aggregate, 2-5% of a modified antibacterial water reducing agent and the balance being water. A high-compactness concrete blank is prepared by adding water-swelling modified vermiculite and the low-shrinkage modified antibacterial water reducing agent, and the concrete blank has relatively high compression resistance and bending resistance; meanwhile, the concrete blank also has good antibacterial property, permeation resistance and corrosion resistance, so that the weather resistance of the concrete blank is greatly enhanced and the service life of the concrete blank is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,针对现有技术的混凝土管桩内的致密度较差的问题,公开了一种高紧密度的抗菌混凝土材料及其应用,一种高紧密度的抗菌混凝土材料,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:水泥12‑22%,改性蛭石3‑5%,细骨料20‑32%,粗骨料40‑52%,改性抗菌减水剂2‑5%,其余用量为水。本发明通过加入失水膨胀的改性蛭石及低收缩的改性抗菌减水剂来制备出高紧密度的混凝土坯料,该混凝土坯料具有较高的抗压能力和抗弯能力,同时还具有较好的抗菌性能、防渗透与防腐蚀性能、极大延长了混凝土坯料的耐候性能与使用寿命。
