Nitride fiber reinforced composite material, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of fiber composite materials, and provides a nitride fiber reinforced composite material, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the nitride fiber reinforced composite material comprises the following steps: (1) weaving silicon nitride fibers to obtain a preform; (2) carrying out impregnation and drying treatment on the preform by using an impregnation liquid containing boric acid and urea to obtain an impregnated preform; and sequentially carrying out nitriding treatment and heat treatment on the impregnated preform to obtain a fiber preform with a boron nitride interface layer on the surface; (3) impregnating the fiber preform with the boron nitride interface layer through a nitride precursor, and then sequentially carrying out cross-linking curing and cracking; and (4) repeating step (3) at least once to obtain the nitride fiber reinforced composite material. The density of the prepared composite material at room temperature is 1.74-1.76 g/cm<3>, the tensile strength is 46-60 MPa, and the composite material has good strength and toughness.
本发明涉及纤维复合材料技术领域,提供了一种氮化物纤维增强复合材料及其制备方法和应用,氮化物纤维增强复合材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)采用氮化硅纤维通过编织得到预制体;(2)利用包含硼酸和尿素的浸渍液对所述预制体进行浸渍干燥处理,得到浸渍预制体;然后对浸渍预制体依次进行氮化处理和热处理,得到表面具有氮化硼界面层的纤维预制体;(3)通过氮化物前驱体对所述具有氮化硼界面层的纤维预制体进行浸渍,然后依次进行交联固化和裂解;(4)重复步骤(3)至少一次得到所述氮化物纤维增强复合材料。本发明制备的复合材料在室温下的密度为1.74~1.76g/cm3,拉伸强度为46~60MPa,具有良好的强度和韧性。
