The invention provides a prefabricated asphalt substrate type ballastless track and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated asphalt substrate type ballastless track is characterized by comprising an upper track plate, and further comprising a granular material base layer, a permeable layer, a compact asphalt concrete layer and non-woven geotextile which are sequentially arranged below thetrack plate from bottom to top, waterproof asphalt precast blocks are laid on road shoulders on the two sides of the compact asphalt concrete layer on site, the track plate, the non-woven geotextileand the compact asphalt concrete layer form a precast composite plate, and multiple composite plates are spliced to form a complete track structure according to actual requirements. According to the track structure, on the premise that high smoothness of the high-speed railway track is guaranteed, the load of an upper train can be dispersed, and the load is evenly distributed and transmitted downwards; and the compact asphalt concrete layer can reduce the influence of vibration generated by dynamic load during running of the high-speed train on a lower structure, can reduce noise generated when the train passes by, and plays a role in buffering, shock absorption and noise reduction.
本发明提供一种预制装配式沥青基板式无砟轨道及其施工方法,其特征在于:包括位于上方的轨道板和位于轨道板下方自下而上依次布置的粒料基层、透层、密实型沥青混凝土层和无纺土工布,密实型沥青混凝土层两侧路肩在现场铺筑防水沥青预制块,其中轨道板与无纺土工布、密实型沥青混凝土层构成预制复合板,按实际需求将若干复合板拼接形成完整轨道结构。本发明提供的轨道结构能在保证高速铁路轨道高平顺性的前提下,分散上部列车荷载,使其均布向下传递;密实型沥青混凝土层能减缓高速列车行车动荷载产生的振动对下部结构的影响,且能减小列车经过时产生的噪声,起到缓冲减震降低噪音的作用。
