Impact-resistant spiral structure cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an anti-impact spiral structure cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following steps: (1) constructing an ultrahigh-performance cement-based framework with a porous spiral structure by adopting a directional ice template method; (2) preparing a water-based PUD emulsion with the solid content of 20%; (3) filling water-based PUD emulsion with the solid content of 20% into pores of the spiral-structure cement-based framework in a vacuum negative-pressure impregnation manner; and (4) obtaining the impact-resistant cement-based composite material with the spiral structure by adopting a freezing-unfreezing multi-cycle mode. The spiral structure is introduced into a multi-layer ordered structure of the cement-based composite material by using an ice template method, so that the overall mechanical property of the spiral structure cement-based composite material is greatly improved; meanwhile, a polyurethane material is introduced, the purpose of secondarily improving the impact resistance and protection performance of the cement-based material is achieved, and the durability of the material is improved based on a hydration reaction-based crack self-repairing technology.
本发明为一种抗冲击螺旋结构水泥基复合材料及其制备方法。包括如下步骤:(1)采用定向冰模板法构建具有多孔螺旋结构的超高性能水泥基骨架;(2)配置固含量20%的水性PUD乳液;(3)采用真空负压浸渍的方式将固含量20%的水性PUD乳液填充到螺旋结构水泥基骨架的孔隙中;(4)采用“冷冻‑解冻”多次循环的方式得到抗冲击螺旋结构水泥基复合材料。本发明用冰模板法将螺旋结构引入水泥基复合材料的多层有序结构中,大大提高螺旋结构水泥基复合材料整体的力学性能;同时引入聚氨酯材料,二次提高水泥基材料抗冲击防护性能的目的,且基于水化反应的裂缝自主修复技术,提高材料的耐久性能。
