The invention provides a cement fly ash gravel pile construction method and system. The method comprises the steps that an airborne control terminal obtains position coordinates of all pile points, and the position coordinates of all the pile points are imported into a Beidou pile machine management system; each drilling machine performs construction positioning according to each pile point position coordinate of the Beidou pile machine management system; when the onboard control terminal obtains that the tilt angle sensor, the current sensor, the GNSS antenna and the wireless network work normally, the perpendicularity of the drill rod is obtained through the tilt angle sensor, and the drilling current value is obtained through the current sensor; after piling is finished, the mixture is conveyed and poured along the conveying pipe through a pump truck, and the flow speed and the using amount of the pumped mixture are obtained through a flow sensor; the construction data of each CFG pile is stored and displayed on the airborne control terminal in real time; the construction data comprises pile point position coordinates, drill rod perpendicularity, pile length, drilling current value, drill lifting speed, and flow velocity and dosage of the pumped mixture.
