The invention relates to the technical field of building material production, in particular to thermal insulation concrete and a preparation method thereof. The thermal insulation concrete is preparedfrom the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1430-1500 parts of superfine mineral powder, 170-210 parts of cement, 23-30 parts of silica fume, 13-18 parts of polypropylene staple fibers, 12-16 parts of thermal insulation gel, 30-36 parts of modified vermiculite powder, 25-38 parts of hollow glass beads, 7-10 parts of sodium nitrite, 6-9 parts of triethanolamine, 9-13 parts of a foaming agent, 4-7 parts of a foam stabilizer, 0.6-0.8 parts of an air entraining agent, 3-8 parts of a water reducing agent and 220-250 parts of water. The concrete prepared by the preparation method disclosedby the invention not only has good heat insulation performance, but also has relatively low density and relatively excellent sound insulation performance and waterproof performance compared with traditional concrete; and in addition, the concrete has good impact resistance and durability.
本发明涉及建筑材料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种隔热混凝土及其制备方法;其由以下重量份数的原料组成:超细矿粉1430~1500份、水泥170~210份、硅灰23~30份、聚丙烯短纤维13~18份、保温凝胶12~16份、改性蛭石粉30~36份、空心玻璃微珠25~38份、亚硝酸钠7~10份、三乙醇胺6~9份、发泡剂9~13份、稳泡剂4~7份、引气剂0.6~0.8份、减水剂3~8份和水220~250份;本发明所制备的混凝土不仅具有很好的隔热性能,而且相比较于传统的混凝土,其本身的密度相对较小,隔音性能及防水性能也相对较为优越;另外,其本身还具有较好的抗冲击性能及耐久性能。
