Thermal insulation concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, and particularly discloses thermal insulation concrete and a preparation method thereof. The thermal insulation concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: cement, fly ash, lime, a foaming agent, a water reducing agent, water, mineral cotton fibers and modified expanded perlite, wherein the modifiedexpanded perlite is prepared by carrying out surface modification on expanded perlite by using a silane coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the slag cotton fiber and the modified expanded perlite to obtain a material d; adding cement and fly ash into the material d to obtain a material e; dissolving a water reducing agent and a foaming agent into 1-2kg of water to prepare an admixture solution; adding the residual water into the material e, and uniformly stirring to obtain a material f; spraying the additive solution into the material f inan atomization form, and uniformly stirring the materials. The prepared concrete has good thermal insulation performance.
