The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to building thermal insulation concrete and a preparation method thereof. The building thermal insulation concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in components by weight: 30-40 parts of concrete slurry and 20-30 parts of foaming agent. The preparation method of the building thermal insulation concrete comprises the following steps that S1, the concrete slurry and the foaming agent are added into a stirring and mixing device at the same time; S2, the materials stirred in the step S1 are sprayed out through a pumping system; and S3, the sprayed materials can be directly subjected to cast-in-place construction and can also be subjected to grinding tool forming machining, and machining of the building thermal insulation concrete is completed through natural curing, wherein the stirring and mixing device comprises a mixing cavity, an adding opening I, a shielding cover, a discharging hinge cover, an adding opening II and a stirring component; the adding opening I is fixedly connected to the mixing cavity;the shielding cover is connected to the adding opening I through threads; the discharging hinge cover is hinged to the mixing cavity; the adding opening II is formed in the mixing cavity; and the stirring component capable of stirring the concrete slurry and the foaming agent is connected into the mixing cavity.
