The modified polyurethane microbeads are obtained by growing a metal organic framework on the surfaces of polyurethane microbeads. A building prepared from the concrete can keep good heat insulation performance and mechanical performance within a long time, the indoor environment is warm in winter and cool in summer, and the building is suitable for working and living.
