The invention discloses an underwater cast-in-place concrete pile top pouring height control device and a control method thereof. The device comprises a position indicating rod arranged on one side ofa cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage main reinforcement in parallel through a guide ring, a buoyancy ball is located at the bottom of the position indicating rod, and three-color reflective filmsare sequentially arranged up and down along the position indicating rod; and an anti-sinking positioning clamp is arranged above the position indicating rod. According to the underwater cast-in-placeconcrete pile top pouring height control device and the control method thereof, initial positioning of the position indicating rod in a mud layer is controlled through the buoyancy of the buoyancy ball and the position indicating rod in mud, the poured concrete liquid level rises until the poured concrete liquid level makes contact with the buoyancy ball, then the position indicating rod is pushedto gradually and vertically rise, and the pile top pouring condition of a concrete pouring pile is determined by observing the reflective films of different colors. By means of the self-weight of materials and the buoyancy relation of the materials in mud, the concrete pouring height of the pile top of the cast-in-place pile can be accurately controlled; and the device is simple to operate, convenient and easy to understand, simple to manufacture, low in cost, reusable and good in economic benefit.
本发明公开了一种水下混凝土灌注桩桩顶灌注高度控制装置及其控制方法,装置包括通过导向环平行布置在灌注桩钢筋笼主筋一侧的示位杆,浮力球位于示位杆底部,三色反光膜沿示位杆上下依次布置;以及一个设在示位杆上方的防下沉的定位卡;通过浮力球和示位杆在泥浆中的浮力,控制示位杆在泥浆层中的初始定位,灌注混凝土液面上升直至与浮力球接触后推动示位杆逐渐竖直上升,通过观测不同色反光膜,确定混凝土灌注桩桩顶灌注情况。本发明利用材料自重及其在泥浆中的浮力关系,能够准确控制灌注桩桩顶混凝土灌注高度;操作简单、方便易懂、装置制作简单、成本低廉,且可重复使用,经济效益好。
