The invention relates to the field of bamboo charcoal processing technologies, in particular to a conductive bamboo charcoal firing process. The conductive bamboo charcoal firing process comprises thefollowing steps that bamboo wood is cut off and crushed into powder; the bamboo powder, lignin, GaO powder and zeolite powder are mixed and stirred and then are subjected to extrusion forming, pressurization is performed to increase density, and the two surfaces of a bamboo board are respectively pre-baked; and preheating, drying, pre-carbonizing, carbonizing and cooling are successively carriedout to form a bamboo charcoal plate. Since a bamboo material is crushed and pressurized to obtain the bamboo board with the consistent density, the fluctuation range of the density and the fixed carbon content of fired bamboo charcoal is small; since inorganic antibacterial agents such as the GaO powder and the zeolite powder are added into the bamboo charcoal, so a good antibacterial effect is achieved; before firing, the surfaces of two main areas of the bamboo board are quickly swept by high-temperature flame, pre-fired and shaped, so compact oxide layers are formed on the surfaces to be used as supports; and all the parts are heated more uniformly in a microwave heating mode, so the fired bamboo charcoal is not easy to crack.
