METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BAMBOO CHARCOAL BALLS AND BAMBOO CHARCOAL BALLS MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bamboo charcoal balls and bamboo charcoal balls manufactured by the same. Specifically, the method can mix additives such as bamboo charcoal powder and illite powder to manufacture balls, thereby improving the effects of adsorption of harmful substances, emission of far-infrared rays, purification of air, being antibiotic, and deodorization. According to an embodiment of the technical idea of the present invention, the method for manufacturing bamboo charcoal balls comprises: a material preparation step (S100) of preparing materials; a paste mixing step (S200) of preparing a paste by mixing the materials at a predetermined weight ratio; a forming step (S300) of manufacturing a molded body by feeding the paste into a mold and compressing the same into a spherical granular shape; and a curing step (S400) for manufacturing bamboo charcoal balls by drying the molded body. According to various embodiments of the technical idea of the present invention, the method for manufacturing bamboo charcoal balls can mix additives such as bamboo charcoal powder and illite powder to manufacture balls, thereby improving the effects of adsorption of harmful substances, emission of far-infrared rays, purification of air, being antibiotic, and deodorization.
본 발명은 대나무 숯볼 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 대나무 숯볼에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 대나무 숯 분말과 일라이트 분말 등의 첨가제를 혼합하여 볼(ball) 형상으로 제조함으로써, 유해물질 흡착, 원적외선 방출, 공기정화, 항균 및 탈취 등의 효과를 증진시킬 수 있도록 한 것을 기술적 구성상의 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 일 실시예에 따른 대나무 숯볼 제조방법은, 재료들을 준비하는 재료 준비 단계(S100); 상기 재료들을 일정한 중량 비율로 배합하여 혼합함으로써 반죽물을 제조하는 혼합 반죽 단계(S200); 상기 반죽물을 몰드에 투입한 후 구형의 알갱이 형태로 압축하여 성형체를 제조하는 성형 단계(S300); 및 상기 성형체를 건조하여 대나무 숯볼을 제조하는 양생 단계(S400)를 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 다양한 실시예에 의한 대나무 숯볼 제조방법은, 대나무 숯 분말과 일라이트 분말 등의 첨가제를 혼합하여 볼(ball) 형상으로 제조함으로써, 유해물질 흡착, 원적외선 방출, 공기정화, 항균 및 탈취 등의 효과를 증진시킬 수 있는 대나무 숯볼을 제조할 수 있다.
