Dielectric material for barium titanate-based X8R type multilayer ceramic capacitor and preparation method
The invention discloses a dielectric material for a barium titanate-based X8R type multilayer ceramic capacitor and a preparation method. The chemical formula of the dielectric material is BaTiO3-0.01A-0.005Nd2O3-xBi2O3-yHo2O3+0.5wt% B, and x=y=0.75-1.5 mol%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) taking Nb2O5 and Co2O3 as raw materials to prepare Nb-Co composite oxide doping agent powder A; 2) preparing boron-zinc sintering aid powder B by taking Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O and H3BO3 as raw materials; 3) mixing and ball-milling the raw materials in a ball mill by using a wet ball-milling method according to the chemical formula, and conducting drying to obtain ceramic powder; 4) grinding, granulating, sieving and dry-pressing the ceramic powder to obtain a ceramic green body; and 5) discharging glue from the ceramic green body, and conducting sintering. The dielectric ceramic material prepared by the invention meets the condition that the capacitance-temperature change rate ofthe absolute value of [delta]C/C25 DEG C is less than or equal to 15% within the temperature range of -55 DEG C to 150 DEG C, the dielectric constant at room temperature is 2400 or more, and the dielectric loss at room temperature does not exceed 2.0%.
本发明公开了一种钛酸钡基X8R型多层陶瓷电容器用介质材料及制备方法,该材料化学式为BaTiO3‑0.01A‑0.005Nd2O3‑x Bi2O3‑y Ho2O3+0.5wt%B,其中x=y=0.75~1.5mol%。其制备方法为:1)以Nb2O5和Co2O3为原料制备Nb‑Co复合氧化物掺杂剂粉料A;2)以Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O和H3BO3为原料制备硼锌助烧剂粉料B;3)根据上述化学式配料,将原料放入球磨机中用湿式球磨法混合球磨,并经烘干得到陶瓷粉体;4)将陶瓷粉体研磨、造粒、过筛,干压成型得到陶瓷生坯;5)将陶瓷生坯排胶后在烧结。本发明制备的介质陶瓷材料在‑55~150℃温度范围内满足容温变化率|△C/C25℃|≤15%,且室温下介电常数为2400以上,室温介电损耗不超过2.0%。
