The invention discloses phenolic resin coated chopped carbon fiber composite powder for laser 3D printing and a preparation method of the phenolic resin coated chopped carbon fiber composite powder. The composite powder comprises chopped carbon fibers and thermoplastic phenolic resin which is used as a coating layer and coats the surfaces of the carbon fibers, and the chopped carbon fibers are silane coupling agent grafted chopped carbon fibers; and the thermoplastic phenolic resin accounts for 5-30 vol% of the composite powder. The silane coupling agent is used as a middle transition layer ofthe chopped carbon fiber and the phenolic resin, so that the polarity and interfacial compatibility of the inorganic-phase carbon fiber and the organic-phase phenolic resin can be improved, and effective bridging between the carbon fiber and the phenolic resin is realized. The phenolic resin coated chopped carbon fiber composite powder disclosed by the invention has good laser absorptivity and fluidity, so that the laser forming performance of the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material is greatly improved.
本发明公开一种用于激光3D打印的酚醛树脂覆膜短切碳纤维复合粉体及其制备方法。所述复合粉体包括短切碳纤维和作为覆膜层包覆于碳纤维表面的热塑性酚醛树脂,其中短切碳纤维是硅烷偶联剂接枝的短切碳纤维;热塑性酚醛树脂占复合粉体的5~30vol%。采用硅烷偶联剂作为短切碳纤维和酚醛树脂的中间过渡层,能够改善无机相的碳纤维和有机相的酚醛树脂的极性和界面相容性,实现碳纤维与酚醛树脂之间的有效桥接。本发明的酚醛树脂覆膜短切碳纤维复合粉体具有良好的激光吸收率和流动性,从而大大改善了碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的激光成型性能。
