The invention belongs to the technical field of steel tube towers, and particularly relates to a steel tube tower with reinforcing structures and a reinforcing method thereof. The steel tube tower with the reinforcing structures comprises a plurality of bearing steel tube columns, each bearing steel tube column is formed by connecting a plurality of steel tubes through flanges, the bearing steel tube columns are provided with the multiple reinforcing structures in the length direction of the bearing steel tube columns, the reinforcing structures comprises first fixing pieces, second fixing pieces and fixing rods, wherein the first fixing pieces are arranged at flange joints of the steel tubes and are connected with the flanges, and the second fixing pieces are arranged on the steel tube and are connected with the steel tubes; the fixing rods are connected with the first fixing pieces and the second fixing pieces at the same time; and the fixing rods are connected with one another through connecting pieces to form a fixing column. The reinforcing method comprises the steps that fixing hoops and locking hoops on the steel tubes are connected with the fixing rods, and the multiple fixing rods are connected to form the fixing column. According to the steel tube tower with the reinforcing structures and the reinforcing method thereof, a tower body is reinforced under the condition that the existing use state of the steel tube tower is not changed, and the bearing capacity of the steel tube tower can be effectively improved.
