Recyclable double-layer steel sleeve for static load test of cast-in-situ bored pile and method
The invention relates to a recyclable double-layer steel sleeve for a static load test of a cast-in-situ bored pile and a method. Rubber waterstops are arranged at the top ends and the bottom ends of double sleeves, and sealing materials are arranged in the upper sections and the lower sections of the double sleeves to serve as temporary fillers. Four special-shaped lifting lugs are welded to the inner sleeve bodies and the outer sleeve bodies at the top ends of the double sleeves. An auxiliary steel lifting lug is mounted at the downward 2/3 positions of the tops of the double sleeves. The method comprises the following steps that (1), the recyclable double-sleeve structure is designed; (2), the recyclable double sleeves are assembled and combined; (3), the recyclable double sleeves are hoisted and mounted; and (4) the outer sleeve is disassembled and recycled after the static load test is completed. The problem that slurry and concrete enter the pipe wall of a traditional double-sleeve pipe due to the fact that the top of the traditional double-sleeve pipe is open and the problem that the double-sleeve pipe is fixed to an orifice of a cast-in-situ bored pile after being mounted are solved, and the outer sleeve pipe can be recycled after the test is completed.
