Thus, a top plate is divided into a plurality of drainage bins, effective water prevention is achieved by laying the waterproof layer, and when water leakage occurs to the top plate, a water leakage point can be quickly found for blocking only by checking the drainage bin where a visible water stain leakage position is located.
