The invention relates to a roof drainage structure and construction. The roof drainage structure comprises a floor slab layer, a slope making layer, a first blocking component, a waterproof layer and a facing layer, wherein the side, away from the indoor space, of the floor slab layer forms a bin dividing face, the first blocking component is arranged on the side, provided with the bin dividing face, of the floor slab layer in a protruding mode to divide the floor slab layer into at least two drainage areas, drainage bins are defined by the floor slab layer located in each drainage area and the corresponding first blocking component, the drainage area corresponding to each drainage bin is provided with the slope making layer, the lowest position of the slope making layer communicates with a floor drain piece, the waterproof layer is laid on the side, away from the floor slab layer, of the slope making layer, and the facing layer is laid on the side, away from the slope making layer, of the waterproof layer. Thus, a top plate is divided into a plurality of drainage bins, effective water prevention is achieved by laying the waterproof layer, and when water leakage occurs to the top plate, a water leakage point can be quickly found for blocking only by checking the drainage bin where a visible water stain leakage position is located.
本发明涉及一种顶板排水结构及构造,包括楼板层、找坡层、第一阻隔构件、防水层及饰面层;楼板层背向室内空间的一侧形成分仓面,第一阻隔构件凸设于楼板层具有分仓面的一侧将楼板层划分为至少两个排水区域,位于每个排水区域的楼板层与相应的第一阻隔构件界定形成排水仓,每个排水仓对应的排水区域设置找坡层,找坡层的最低处与地漏件连通,防水层铺设于所述找坡层背离所述楼板层的一侧,饰面层铺设于防水层背离找坡层的一侧。如此,通过将顶板布局划分成若干排水仓,并通过铺设防水层实现有效的防水,当顶板顶板出现渗漏水情况时,只需排查可见水渍渗漏处所在的排水仓即可快速的寻找到漏水点进行封堵。
