Underwater grouting protection material and use method thereof
The invention discloses an underwater grouting protection material and a use method thereof. The underwater grouting protection material comprises the following components of, 0.25%-0.35% of a super plasticizer, 0.08%-0.1% of an anti-dispersing agent, 7%-10% of an inert material and the balance lithium slag powder. An underwater grouting protection material dry powder is added with water at a water-material ratio, stirred and then constructed, during underwater grouting construction, underwater grouting protection material slurry is firstly poured into a grouting pipe till the slurry submerges the upper edge of a slurry outlet, and then a grouting material is poured till the grouting process is finished. According to the underwater grouting protection material, the water can be separated from grouting material slurry, the situation that the grouting material slurry directly makes contact with the water and is dispersed is avoided, and meanwhile the situation that the grouting pipe is blocked due to aggregate accumulation in the grouting material is prevented; the underwater grouting protection material slurry can be gradually extruded out by the grouting material slurry, finally, the grouting structure space is completely filled with the grouting material, and it is effectively guaranteed that the compressive strength of the grouting material after underwater grouting is not reduced, and resource utilization of waste industrial lithium residue is achieved, waste is turned into wealth, and the cost is low.
本发明公开了一种水下灌浆保护材料及其使用方法。本发明所述水下灌浆保护材料的组分为:超塑化剂0.25%~0.35%,抗分散剂0.08%~0.1%,惰性材料7~10%,余量为锂渣粉;将水下灌浆保护材料干粉按水料比加水搅拌后施工,水下灌浆施工时首先将水下灌浆保护材料浆体灌入灌浆管中直至没过出浆口上沿,之后灌入灌浆料,直至灌浆过程结束。本发明所述水下灌浆保护材料可将水与灌浆料浆体隔离开来,避免灌浆料浆体直接接触到水产生分散,同时防止灌浆料中的骨料堆积导致灌浆管堵管;且灌浆料浆体可逐步将水下灌浆保护材料浆体挤出,最终实现灌浆料完全填充灌浆结构空间,有效保证了水下灌注后灌浆料的抗压强度不降低;且实现工业废锂渣的资源化利用,变废为宝,且价格低廉。
