Novel solid waste environment-friendly autoclaved aerated concrete is disclosed, which is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 78 to 86 parts of fly ash, 5 to 10 parts of a waste aerated concrete material, 3 to 5 parts of calcium carbide slurry, 1 to 3 parts of silica fume, 3 to 5 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 2 to 3 parts of cement, 7 to 11 parts of quick lime, 0.01 to 0.03 part of a foam stabilizer and 0.07 to 0.09 part of aluminum powder paste. The use amount of the lime and the cement is small and only 7 parts of the ingredient, and the sum of the proportion of the fly ash and the calcium carbide slurry is greater than 82 parts of the ingredient, so that the waste fly ash, the calcium carbide slurry and the waste aerated concrete material are used as raw materials, the use amount of the cement and the quick lime is reduced to the greatest extent, the use amount of the lime and the cement is small, and the raw materials are saved; waste materials such as fly ash and calcium carbide slurry can be recycled, so that the environmental pollution is greatly reduced, and the environmental protection pressure is relieved.
本发明公开了一种新型固废环保蒸压加气混凝土,主要包括以下组分并按照质量份数配比制备而成:粉煤灰78‑86份、废加气混凝土料5‑10份、电石泥3‑5份、硅灰1‑3份、脱硫石膏3‑5份、水泥2‑3份、生石灰7‑11份、稳泡剂0.01‑0.03份、铝粉膏0.07‑0.09份。本发明所述石灰和水泥用量小仅有配料的7份,而粉煤灰以及电石泥配比之和大于配料的82份以上,所以本发明原材料使用废弃物粉煤灰、电石泥、废加气混凝土料,最大程度减少水泥、生石灰用量,即减少了石灰和水泥用量小,节省了原料,又能够回收利用粉煤灰以及电石泥等废料,极大的减少对环境污染,减轻环保压力。
