The invention relates to a yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia ceramic foam material with a micron-sized layered pore structure and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a mixed suspension containing yttrium oxide nano powder, zirconia nano powder, polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol; and sequentially carrying out high-energy ball milling, vacuum stirring defoaming, directional solidification, freeze drying and heat treatment to obtain the yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia ceramic foam material with the micron-sized layered pore structure. Compared with the prior art, the porous yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia ceramic with a micron-sized layered pore structure is prepared by adopting a directional solidification technology and a freeze drying technology, and has the advantages of uniform structure, compact pore wall, controllable wall thickness, high porosity, excellent mechanical strength, good heat insulation effect and the like, and the ceramic has great application potential in the fields of metallurgy, chemical industry, biological medicine, aerospace crafts and the like.
本发明涉及一种微米级层状孔构造的氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷泡沫材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括首先配制含有氧化钇纳米粉体、氧化锆纳米粉体、聚丙烯胺、聚乙烯醇的混合悬浊液;并依次经过高能球磨、真空搅拌脱泡、定向凝固、冷冻干燥以及热处理后,即得到微米级层状孔构造的氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷泡沫材料。与现有技术相比,本发明采用定向凝固技术和冷冻干燥技术,制备具有微米级层状孔隙结构的多孔氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷,具有组织均匀、孔壁致密、壁厚可控、高孔隙率、力学强度优异、隔热效果等优点,在冶金、化工、生物医药和航天飞行器等领域具有较大的应用潜力。
