Preparation method of porous SiOC ceramic with composite pore structure
The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous SiOC ceramic with a composite pore structure. The prepared porous SiOC ceramic internally contains a certain amount of nano-scale and micron-scale pores. The method adopts a composite pore-forming method combining an emulsion template method and a liquid pore-forming agent method, and is specifically realized according to the following steps: mixing a precursor liquid, a liquid pore-forming agent, a catalyst and an emulsifier to prepare an oil phase; during stirring, dropwise adding water into the oil phase to form a water-in-oil emulsion; after the water phase is fully emulsified, pouring the emulsion into a mold, and placing the mold at the proper temperature and humidity for curing cross-linking and drying to obtain a green body; and finally, carrying out heat treatment in an inert atmosphere to obtain the porous SiOC ceramic with a composite pore structure. The preparation method has the advantages that: the porous SiOC ceramic with the composite pore structure is prepared in one step by combining an emulsion template method and a liquid pore-forming agent method, and the porosity is adjustable in a large range.
本发明公开了一种具有复合孔结构多孔SiOC陶瓷的制备方法,制备的多孔SiOC陶瓷内部含有一定量纳米级和微米级的小孔。该方法采用乳状液模板法和液态造孔剂法相结合的复合造孔法,具体按照如下步骤实现:将前驱体液体、液态造孔剂,催化剂和乳化剂混合配成油相;在搅拌的同时,将水滴加到油相中形成油包水型乳液;待水相充分乳化,将乳液浇注到模具中,并将模具置于合适的温度和湿度下进行固化交联和干燥得到坯体;最后在惰性气氛中进行热处理得到复合孔结构多孔SiOC陶瓷。本发明的优点是结合乳状液模板法和液态造孔剂法一步制备出具有复合孔结构的多孔SiOC陶瓷,并且气孔率大范围可调。
