The invention relates to the technical field of concrete water reducing agent preparation, and discloses a mud-resistant concrete water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a polycarboxylic acid mother solution; 2, preparing a quaternary ammonium salt oligomer; 3, preparing a mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; 4, adding a mixed solution; and 5, stirring the mixed solution. According to the invention, the adverse effect of the silt content of the aggregate in the concrete on the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is avoided through the polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, the quaternary ammonium salt oligomer and the anti-mud polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; and under the premise of not improving the doping amount of the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, the conditions that the slump loss is large and the concrete hardening strength is low due to insufficient water reduction of the concrete are avoided, the flowing property in the concrete pouring process is improved, and the situation that the flowing property and the slump retaining property of the concrete are obviously reduced along with increase of the mud content, and the requirement of high-performance concrete cannot be met is avoided.
本发明涉及混凝土减水剂制备技术领域,且公开了一种抗泥型混凝土减水剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤,第一步:制备聚羧酸系母液;第二步:制备季铵盐低聚物;第三步:制备抗泥型聚羧酸系减水剂;第四步:添加混合液;第五步:对混合液进行搅拌;本发明通过聚羧酸系母液、季铵盐低聚物和抗泥型聚羧酸系减水剂,避免混凝土中骨料含泥量对聚羧酸系减水剂的不良影响,在不提高聚羧酸系减水剂掺量的前提下,避免了混凝土减水不够从而导致坍落度损失大、混凝土硬化强度偏低的情况发生,提高了混凝土浇筑过程中的流动性能避免了随着含泥量的增加,混凝土的流动性能和保坍性能明显降低,无法满足高性能混凝土的要求的情况出现。
