The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses an anti-mud type concrete water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, quaternized siloxane and bentonite are added into a stirrer to be stirred, and the anti-mud type concrete water reducing agent is obtained after stirring is finished; carbon nano tubes contained in quaternized siloxane can physically or chemically interact with a cement-based material, the mechanical property of the concrete is enhanced through the nano effect, gaps in the concrete can be filled with silane contained in the quaternized siloxane, and therefore the compactness of the concrete is improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. The breaking strength of the concrete and the mud resistance of the concrete are also obviously improved; the quaternary ammonium salt improves the fluidity of the concrete, inhibits slump loss and improves the strength of the concrete.
