The mud-resistant concrete water reducing agent comprises the following main raw materials in parts by weight: 180-200 parts of methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether, 7-9 parts of sodium p-styrene sulfonate, 60-90 parts of a graphene oxide solution and 8-13 parts of acrylamide. Graphene oxide is used as a monomer of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer copolymer, a graphene oxide polycarboxylate superplasticizer interlayer complex is prepared by adopting a free radical copolymerization method, then an acrylamide polymer in a certain proportion is added, the viscosity of cement paste can be effectively reduced, the mud-resistant effect is achieved, the slump retaining performance of concrete can be improved, and the improvement of the compression resistance of the concrete is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种阻泥型混凝土减水剂及其制备方法,主要原料包括:180~200重量份甲基烯基聚氧乙烯醚,7~9重量份苯乙烯磺酸钠,60~90重量份的氧化石墨烯溶液,8~13重量份的丙稀酰胺;将氧化石墨烯用作聚羧酸减水剂共聚物的单体,采用自由基共聚法制备得到氧化石墨烯聚羧酸减水剂层间配合物,再加入了一定配比的丙稀酰胺聚合物,能有效降低水泥浆体的黏度,达到阻泥的效果,还能改善混凝土的保坍性能,有助于混凝土抗压性能的提升。
