The invention belongs to the technical field of water reducing agent processing, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a mud-resistant concrete water reducing agent. The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out polymerization reaction on a polyether monomer and an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer in a tank body of synergistic treatment equipment under the action of an initiator and a chain transfer agent; 2, horizontally stirring the materials by using a stirrer to mix the materials; 3, the materials are vertically stirred through a stirrer, and the materials are further mixed; and 4, providing a temperature required by material polymerization through a heating table arranged in the tank body, and adjusting the pH value to 6-7 to obtain the mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The mud-resistant concrete water reducing agent is prepared from the following components: 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl polyoxyethylene polyoxybutylene ether, 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, sodium acrylate, methyl methacrylate, ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate, mercaptoacetic acid and mercaptoethanol.
