Porous ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic material processing, and particularly relates to a porous ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The porous ceramic material preparation method comprises the following steps that s1, a ceramic material is conveyed to different heating intervals for heating by using a conveying part in a separation heating device to prepare a ceramic material with various particle hardness; s2, the ceramic material is evenly pressed through an extrusion assembly on the conveying part; and s3, the ceramic material is discharged under the processing of various heat degrees respectively. The separation heating device comprises a heat treatment box and the conveying part, the heat treatment box is connected with the ground through a support, and a plurality of heaters are installed on the outer side of the heat treatment box. The porous ceramic material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of emery, 120-130 parts of silicon carbide, 90-140 parts of cordierite and 60-130 parts of gelatin. The method can be used for preparing porous ceramic materials with different particle hardness.
本发明属于陶瓷材料加工技术领域,具体而言,涉及多孔陶瓷材料及其制备方法;本发明提供了多孔陶瓷材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:使用分离加热装置中的输送部,将陶瓷材料输送至不同加热区间进行加热,制出具有多种颗粒硬度的陶瓷材料;S2:利用输送部上的挤压组件,将陶瓷材料进行压匀;S3:将在多种热度加工下的陶瓷材料分别排出;所述分离加热装置包括热处理箱和输送部,热处理箱通过支架与地面相连,热处理箱外侧安装有多个加热器;该多孔陶瓷材料的组成为:按照质量份数取刚玉砂80‑100份、碳化硅120‑130份、堇青石90‑140份和明胶60‑130份;本发明能够制备出不同颗粒硬度多孔陶瓷材料。
