本发明提供一种易与金属浆料匹配共烧的低温共烧陶瓷生料带、基板及制备方法,制备方法包括:将第一玻璃粉和第二玻璃粉混合得到玻璃混合粉体,并基于玻璃混合粉体制备玻璃混合浆料;基于陶瓷粉体制备陶瓷浆料;基于玻璃混合浆料形成下材料层,基于陶瓷浆料在下材料层的表面形成中间材料层,基于玻璃混合浆料在中间材料层的表面形成上材料层,以制备出低温共烧陶瓷生料带。将生料带叠压多层,850~900℃下烧结,制得基板。本发明中的低温共烧陶瓷生料带由下至上依次包括:下材料层、中间材料层和上材料层。本发明所制备的低介电常数、低温共烧陶瓷生料带可实现与金属浆料同步烧结,匹配性较好,烧结后的基板的抗弯强度大于400MPa。
