Sulfur-fixing ceramsite as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides sulfur-fixing ceramsite as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) performing wet ball milling on jarosite slag and a sulfur-fixing agent to obtain a sulfur-fixing material; (2) carrying out ball milling on shale, a pore-forming agent and the sulfur fixation material obtained in the step (1) to obtain a mixture; and (3) molding, sintering and cooling the mixture to obtain the sulfur-fixing ceramsite. According to the sulfur-fixing ceramsite provided by the invention, effective utilization of waste resources can be realized, the production cost is reduced, and meanwhile, generation and emission of sulfur dioxide in a ceramsite sintering process can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种固硫陶粒及其制备方法和应用，所述制备方法包括以下步骤：(1)将铁矾渣与固硫剂进行湿法球磨，得到固硫料；(2)将页岩、成孔剂和步骤(1)所述的固硫料进行球磨，得到混合料；(3)将混合料成型、烧结，冷却后得到所述固硫陶粒。本发明提供的固硫陶粒可实现废弃资源的有效利用，降低生产成本，同时能够减少陶粒烧结过程中二氧化硫的产生与排放。

The invention provides sulfur-fixing ceramsite as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
