The invention relates to a formula of an electric heating ceramic material, the formula comprises the following components: silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, lithium-containing industrial salt, zirconium oxide, technetium oxide and cobalt oxide. The percentage by weight of the materials includes 50%-60% of the silicon dioxide; 20%-30% of the aluminum oxide; 1%-25% of the lithium-containing industrial salt; 1-8% of the zirconium oxide; 0.2%-0.5% of the technetium oxide; and 0.5%-1% of the cobalt oxide. According to the electric heating ceramic material, the lithium-containing industrial salt and some trace non-metal oxides are matched according to a proportion, so that the electric heating ceramic material which can be rapidly heated to a high temperature of 1000 DEG C within 10 seconds, is uniform in heating, long in service life and low in cost and can save 30-50% of energy can be prepared; the material has great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction in the electric heating market.
