The invention is realized as follows: the formula of the electric heating ceramic material comprises the following components: a lithium-containing mineral, clay, quartz, talc and germanium oxide. The percentage by weight of the materials includes 60%-90% of the lithium-containing mineral; 10%-35% of the clay; 2-10% of the quartz; 2-5% of the talc; and 0.2%-0.5% of germanium oxide. The electric heating ceramic material contains lithium minerals and is matched with some trace non-metal oxides according to a proportion, so that the electric heating ceramic material which can be heated to a high temperature of 1000 DEG C from normal temperature only needs ten seconds, is rapid in heating, uniform in heating, long in service life and low in cost and can save 30-50% of energy can be prepared; the material has great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction in the electric heating market.
