Preparation method of nano alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum material. The nano alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum material is prepared by the following steps: calcining a gypsum raw material at 280-340 DEG C for 30-300 minutes, grinding for 15-240 minutes by using a planetary ball mill at the rotating speed of 200-300 rpm, putting into an organic-inorganic composite reaction solution containing 100 parts of deionized water, 30-100 parts of an organic solvent, 10-40 parts of an electrolyte, 1-5 parts of a pH value regulator, 0.05-0.5 part of a crystal form inducer and 0.01-0.15 part of a stabilizer, and reacting at the temperature of 65-90 DEG C for 1-2 hours, thereby obtaining the nano alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum material. The reaction is performed for 10 to 120 minutes under the conditions that the temperature is 40 to 60 DEG C and the steam pressure is 0.1 to 1.5 MPa. The method has the characteristics that the preparation cost is low, the process is simple, the operation is convenient, and the prepared nano alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum is high in purity, small in grain size, uniform in distribution and controllable in morphology.
本发明公开一种纳米α‑半水石膏材料的制备方法。所述纳米α‑半水石膏材料由石膏原料在280~340℃温度下煅烧30~300min,再利用行星式球磨机在200~300rpm转速下研磨15~240min,然后置于去离子水100份,有机溶剂30~100份,电解质10~40份,PH值调节剂1~5份,晶型诱导剂0.05~0.5份,稳定剂0.01~0.15的有机‑无机复合反应溶液,在温度为65~90℃,蒸汽压力为0.1~1.5MPa的条件下反应10~120min制备而成。本发明具有制备成本低、工艺简单和操作方便,以及制备的纳米α‑半水石膏纯度高、晶粒尺寸细小、分布均匀及形貌可控的特点。
