The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization, and discloses a pavement base material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-95 parts of harmless barium slag, 5-20 parts of a solid waste-based cementing material and 10-15 parts of externally doped water, and a preparation method of the pavement base material comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the barium slag, desulfurized gypsum and water to obtain a mixture; drying and sieving after the materials are covered, so as to obtain harmless barium slag; and uniformly mixing the harmless barium slag, the solid waste-based cementing material and water to obtain the pavement base material. In the pavement base material disclosed by the invention, the stable cementing material is a solid waste-based cementing material, and the stabilized material is only harmless barium slag, so that resource utilization of various industrial waste residues is realized, large-scale utilization of barium slag is realized, the resource utilization rate of barium slag is improved, the tension of road engineering gravel materials is relieved, and the use amount of cement is reduced; and the related preparation process is simple and wide in applicability, and has remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
本发明涉及固体废物资源化利用技术领域,公开了一种路面基层材料,包括按重量份计的如下组分:无害化钡渣80‑95份、固废基胶凝材料5‑20份和外掺水10‑15份,路面基层材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:将钡渣、脱硫石膏和水混合均匀,经闷料后烘干、过筛,得到无害化钡渣;将所述无害化钡渣、固废基胶凝材料和水混合均匀,即得路面基层材料。本发明的路面基层材料中,稳定胶凝材料为固废基胶凝材料,被稳定材料只有无害化钡渣,实现了多种工业废渣的资源化利用,实现了钡渣大规模的利用,提高了钡渣资源化利用率,缓解道路工程砂石料的紧张,减少了水泥的用量,且涉及的制备工艺简单,适用性广,具有显著的经济和环境效益。
